Don't be a budget buster. With the option of knowing the condition of a vessel before ownership is key for future success. It is also beneficial and necessary when making any purchase to show price deductions by means of repairs required before any final agreements. All repair and damage assessments will be reported with AutoCAD drawings, word documentation, and a material list to instigate the first stages of price deductions prior to purchase.
